We've seen an 80% YOY increase in our paid channel, which I partially credit to using customer call transcripts and inbound forms to capture our ICP's problems and then iterate them into punchy language that resonates.

The automation you mentioned with Zapier is a wrinkle we haven't tried yet, but it could save a lot of time! Uploading call transcripts could be a fun Claude Code project.

Call transcripts are a total gold mine! I definitely recommend testing out the Zapier connection - its a great unlock for keeping your insights updated.
